Ideas stop at idea stage
Ambition without a blueprint. The idea stays a conversation in a corridor and dies there.

You Dream, We Guide
We build student entrepreneurship ecosystems inside colleges — from a student's first idea to a funded startup.
The gap
Very few have the ecosystem to turn them into anything. That gap is what we close.
Ambition without a blueprint. The idea stays a conversation in a corridor and dies there.
The people who change a student's trajectory aren't on campus. Those relationships take years.
Coordinators carry full teaching loads. Running a year-round programme is a second job.
Isolated events come and go. Without a system, every batch restarts from zero.
The ecosystem
No chasing speakers. No cold-mailing founders. No hunting for incubators.
One point of contact. One plan for the year. One relationship to manage.
Founders who were students not long ago, back on campus.
Operators and specialists who stay with a team past the session.
Early-stage capital conversations for the teams that are ready.
Structured homes for ideas that outgrow a college classroom.
Programmes that compress a year of learning into a quarter.
Industry problems, pilots and the first real customer.
Schemes, grants and startup policy routes students never find alone.
A desk and a room to build in once the dorm stops working.
The programme
Awareness across the whole campus, capability in a selected cohort, and an outcome for the teams that are ready. Each stage feeds the next.
Awareness · Every student on campus
We spread awareness about entrepreneurship and startup culture, and help students design a framework for their ideas. Ideas are everywhere; without the right blueprint, implementing them is impossible.
~50 activities a year, across every year and every branch.
12–15 sessions a quarter, mapped to the IIC activity calendar, with designed posters for each one. The point is not the count — it is that entrepreneurship stops being an elective idea and becomes part of how the campus talks.
See how awareness actually happensCapability · A selected cohort of 30–50
Students understand, learn and develop the fundamentals a startup needs, through workshops, activities and guided mentorship — and we help them reach the experts in the industry.
Finding a problem worth solving before falling in love with a solution.
Business Model Canvas, revenue models and finance basics.
Validation, prototyping and go-to-market.
Elevator pitch, deck structure and investor myths.
Live pitching to founders and mentors.
Outcome · Teams that are ready
Time for the rocket to launch. We take the business to the next level, connect the startup with incubators and investors, and help launch the product in the market.
20-hour workshop, startup fundamentals, exclusive speakers, templates and quizzes, live sessions, case studies and founder stories.
Innovation + Vision. A platform to share ideas, inter-college dream-team building, a pitch to a real panel, 1-1 startup mentorship, cash prizes and incubation.
Expert mentorship, niche programmes and cohort access, investor connect, accelerator introductions and government scheme guidance.
Inside Incept
12–15 sessions a quarter, mapped to the IIC activity calendar, spread across different classes and years.
Entrepreneurship stops being an abstract word and becomes a visible option.
Hands-on formats, real founder stories, problems worth chewing on.
Someone three years ahead of them, on stage, who started exactly where they are.
The students who lean forward identify themselves. Those are the ones we take further.
“Awareness is the funnel. The students it surfaces are the ones who go on to build something.”
